If the nature of work is highly technical with instant access to language expertise or it is just very long term, it might make economic sense for the customer to hire a resource, either short term or full time.
With our in-depth expertise in linguistics and experience of working with multiple domains, we help our customers find the right resource, evaluate on their behalf and deploy them.
We offer the following Talent Solutions:
Cognilarity identifies and deploys resources on contract against a monthly billing. The payroll and all employment compliances are managed by Cognilarity. The resource is deployed at the customer’s premises and works in accordance with the customer’s work policy. The contract of engagement has to be at least for one year which can be extended by mutual discussion, if need be. We have deputed various language experts and localization engineers with many of our customers.
If the customer wishes to on-board any resource, our Talent-Acquisition experts can help them identify, evaluate and on-board them for a one-time fixed consultancy fees. The terms of engagement can be mutually discussed. The customer can request to take an already contracted resource on-board fulltime on their rolls by paying a one-time consultancy fees to Cognilarity. The right to release the resource however rests with Cognilarity.
